PREPARE YOUR SPACE
Make a little room first. Clear a small surface—your altar for these few minutes—and call in whatever you work with: guides//angels, spirit//source. Cleanse the energy field with sage, palo santo, even incense does the trick; or simply open a window + take three slow breaths.

LIGHT THE CANDLE
Set your candle in a fire-safe dish or holder—or drip a little wax to stand it on a plate. Keep it clear of anything that can catch. Please, of course, practice fire safety. As the flame takes, say an intention, a prayer, a wish. Let it burn while you settle in.

HOLD THE CRYSTAL
Take your stone into your palm + let its weight hold you—a small anchor pulling you back into your body, back to this moment. Simply sit with the energy, let its presence be enough, and stay with it as long as it feels good.

READ THE REIKI POEM
Reiki is life-force energy, called in + channeled with intention—which is exactly how I create my art + poetry. It is all here waiting for you. Read the words slowly, out loud if you can, and let yourself be open to receive it. Contemplate it. Sit with what comes to the surface, hold your feeling with compassion, and breathe.

OPEN YOUR ENVELOPE
Inside is a tarot card pulled for you—blind + intuitive—with a message I wrote by hand for that card + this very moment. Open it when you’re ready. Meet your card first, look at the imagery, the symbols, let them speak to you. Then read the words. They were written for you.

WRITE IT OUT
When you’re ready, write down whatever rose—in a journal, or on a loose sheet of paper. Then close your ritual: thank whatever you called in, and safely put out your candle. Carry what resonated into the rest of your day, and trust how it unfolded—every way through this was yours.
