This is a version of the five Reiki precepts that I live by. It is recited before & after every healing session. It is an incantation, a prayer, to call in the energy of Reiki. To send gratitude outward. To feel peace within.
Reiki is the universal life energy of spiritual wisdom. It is a Japanese technique for stress reduction & relaxation, that also promotes healing. Practitioners use their vessel as a way to channel this divine wisdom & healing.
It is not something that is created, it simply exists. It is a bridge between Earth & The Divine. It brings wisdom, guidance and healing to the living. To me, it is pure love.
It is perfectly normal for all types of feelings & emotions to arise during a session. This means that love is meeting your blocked areas, and freeing them for energy to flow in alignment.
I am offering in-person + virtual reiki healing sessions, as well as distance reiki meditations, where I will use elemental healing; sound, color, crystals & candles, to amplify and make space for deep relaxation & restoration.
